Our services include property search assistance, market analysis, viewing coordination, negotiation support, and guidance throughout the buying process. We maintain the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services with notice to clients.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for effective service delivery. This includes personal details, property preferences, budget constraints, and other relevant information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

Terms of Usage

Our services are provided for legitimate property buying purposes only. You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to terminate services to any client who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activities.

Service Cancellation

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. For ongoing services, we require a 14-day notice period. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any fees incurred up to the termination date. We will assist in the orderly transfer of your property search information if requested.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies by service type. For property search packages, refunds may be available if requested within 72 hours of purchase and before any property viewings have been scheduled. For consultation services, fees are non-refundable once the consultation has occurred. Market analysis reports are non-refundable after delivery.

Service Limitations

While we provide comprehensive support in the apartment buying process, we do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. We recommend consulting with appropriate professionals for these aspects of your property purchase. Our role is to support and guide, not to make final decisions on your behalf.

Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. Your personal and property search details will only be shared with relevant parties involved in your property purchase process, and only with your explicit consent.

Communication Policy

By using our services, you agree to receive communications from us regarding your property search, viewings, and related matters. We will use your preferred contact method for important updates and notifications.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
